-No dishwashers
-No colored appliances

Bath Fixtures-Stainless steel, Porcelain and Molded sinks
-Vanities
-Shower stalls if in like-new condition
-Faucets, spray heads & bathroom accessories
No rusty or stained sinks
No broken or leaking fixtures
No toilets |
Furniture-Good or easily repairable condition
-No torn upholstery
Both office and home furniture accepted
No metal desks

Cabinets-Bath & Kitchen cabinets in good condition
-Countertops in like-new condition
-No delaminated or stained countertops |
Doors-All solid core interior and exterior doors with frame
-Exterior steel-clad doors with frame
-Standard size Screen doors in mint condition
-Sliding glass doors with frame
-No interior hollow core doors (unless with frame and in excellent condition)
-No doors with rot, warpage, holes or broken glass
-No damaged screen doors or windows |
Windows-Double pane/Insulated windows with frame
-Single windows if in excellent condition with frame and storm window
-No cracked or broken windows
-No windows with peeling paint
-No shutters

Insulation-Fiberglass insulation rolls if wrapped and clean
-Insulation board if clean and 16 SF or larger
-No wet, dirty or unwrapped fiberglass insulation

Lumber-2x4 (esp. 7' or longer)
-2x6 (rough or dressed) 4x4 (pressure-treated)
-Pressure-treated deck material
-Barnboard 3/4"
-Subfloor (plywood)
-1/2" Plywood (scraps OK) 5/8" T-111
-No rot, nails, screws, or staples
-No significant warping or twist
-No peeling, chipped or lead paint
-No cracked, broken or delaminated boards

Roofing-Tar paper if unused in roll
-Unused rolls of flashing
-Unused metal roofing
-Unused rolls of drip edge
-Shingles
-No used tar paper
-No nail holes

Lighting and Electrical-Working hot water heaters
-Working air-conditioning or heating units
-No broken or old water heaters
-Lamps and light fixtures
-Both interior and exterior
-Newer microwaves and kitchen appliances |
Paint & Paint Accessories:-Brushes, rollers, pans if clean, not rusted or hard
-White or off-white paint if full gallons
-Rusty or hard burshes, rollers, pans etc.
-No colored paint
-No less than full gallons
-No paint that has been frozen

Plumbing-Sinks (see Bath Fixtures Criteria)
-Faucets, drains & towel bars
-Long Pieces of PVC pipe
-No faucets or drains that leak or are broken

Carpet-10 x 10 minimum size if space allows
-No stains, tears or other defects
-No bright colors

Tiles-Ceramic kitchen and bath tiles if in strong protective packaging and not previously installed
-No broken corners, obvious stains or glue on either face

Hardware-Door Hardware (hinges, door knobs & locks with keys)
-Hasps & handles
-Sorted Fasteners (nails, screws, bolts etc.)
-No locks or knobs without keys
-No rusty fasteners
